Native are pleased to announce that after a protracted planning application process and extended building programme, the build is complete!
The project incorporates a complete refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Cottage and a large extension to the rear, which creates a large open plan modern living format to compliment the existing traditional cottage layout.
The refurbishment works utilise a suite of bio-based insulation materials and lime products that allow the existing fabric to breathe whilst significantly upgrading the building’s thermal performance and reducing the family’s energy demands. There is an oak framed, brick and timber clad extension to the rear, with a new open plan living space linked with a new hallway and a lovely Steel & Rustic Oak Staircase from Bisca
