Project – Tickton Grange
The proposed development is on a twelve acre site which adjoins the existing hotel grounds. The site was formerly a small part of the original Tickton Grange estate and consists of an overgrown kitchen garden, a narrow belt of woodland to the northern boundary of the site and a range of redundant farm buildings which were formerly associated with the previous use of the site when it would have formed part of the Tickton Grange estate.
The aim of the proposed development is to create an East Yorkshire Hotel Estate with a range of new accommodation including a farm shop and restaurant, special occasion venue, a spa, conference centre and new accommodation block.
