Native were once again at York College… teaching the next generation of building professionals! This time, James Newton our Technical Manager and student of the School of Natural Building (SNaB), visited York College to give a talk on building with Straw Bale and the benefits of natural materials being used in construction.
James has a vast wealth of knowledge in straw bale construction, both in theory and in practice. At Native he was part of the team that designed and delivered, Bodner House and the Farmhouse regeneration in East Yorkshire. James is also Development Director for SBUK – the new Straw Bale Building Association of the UK. Find out more by clicking here…
