News / Yorkshire Dales Affordable housing schemes approved!!

We are very pleased to announce that the Upper Dales Community Land Trust (CLT) have secured planning permission for their first affordable homes in Langthwaite – Arkengarthdale.
Native assisted the CLT, which is formed to create protected homes in the Upper Dales in achieving planning for four homes. The new dwellings at Langthwaite will have a minimal impact upon the surrounding context and historic core of the village. The new dwellings will benefit the village by increasing the supply of good quality low cost housing that will remain that way in perpetuity – helping to attract and retain young families within the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
