News / Vision for Lowfield Green!!

In the last few months Native have been working closely with York based Community-led Housing group, YorSpace, to develop a design and vision for Lowfield Green.
Lowfield Green is a former City of York Council secondary school site and the YorSpace proposals are part of a complete redevelopment of the site to create 150+ homes, a care home and emergency services hub.
We’re looking forward to taking the project forward over the coming months as we work towards submitting a full planning application in the New Year. If successful this will be York’s first low cost, cooperatively owned, environmentally sustainable, community focussed housing project!!
